It’s been a while since our last blog update! We’ve been so busy over the past few months it’s been the last thing on our minds – so we’re killing two proverbial birds with one stone and moving to a seasonal blog update cycle. So every three months you can look forward to getting your comprehensive Scotica news recap.
Happy new year! We haven’t had any blog posts for a while but things have been anything but quiet here at Scotica.
In case you missed it, we announced last week that ‘Small Country’ is now available to stream on-demand courtesy of Kendal Mountain Festival.
First of all, a huge thank you to all who have been attending the Screen Machine showings of ‘Small Country’ and ‘Islands in Film’ up and down the west coast. The feedback to the film has been fantastic so far and we can’t wait for more people to have access to see it.
It’s been a while since our last blog post, so first of all, thank you to all who attended the long-awaited premiere of ‘Small Country’ at the Highland Cinema.
What a week! First and foremost, we are thrilled to be announcing at long last the UK premiere of ‘Small Country’, at the Highland Cinema in Fort William, on June 27th at 2pm, followed by a short theatrical run. It’ll be a special event, with myself in attendance giving a short introduction as well as holding a discussion after the film.
We are delighted to release this week the official launch trailer for ‘Small Country’, which marks the completion of the film and its submission to festivals across the UK and internationally. You can view the new trailer below.
